It takes a ...I know it sounds insane but it's not. It takes a village to raise a child and in LA the villagers get paid. Everyone in my family works. My nanny lives at home, ( hence the house keeper) goes to college, and has two jobs. She puts up with lots of seriously stressfull stuff from my special needs child and I therefore put up with stuff from her. I occassionally borrow my sister's housekeeper and she is paid well. She enjoys a nice life providing for her kids and extended family.
